Production and Delivery

1. We will start to prepare for the production of the goods within 5 working days on receipt of the advance payment made by the buyer.

2. The finish of the production may take up to 28 days due to the production arrangement of other existing orders, and we will try best to keep you informed of the production status.

3. After production is finished, the goods you ordered will be delivered to the seaport you give when you place your order.

4. If delivery cannot be made to the destination for reasons under our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund you for any sum that have been paid by you.

5. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in production arrangement or delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
